PulveCast is maintained by one developer. Email is the fastest way to get an answer, and every message is read.
Support, bug reports, feature requests, partnership and privacy requests all go to the same address.
Reporting a bug
To get a fix quickly, include your platform and OS version, the app version (Settings → About), the location and hour you were looking at, the equipment and crop selected, and the data source in use. A screenshot of the screen showing the problem is usually enough to reproduce it.
Privacy requests
PulveCast has no user accounts and stores your preferences on your device. If you want the diagnostic analytics associated with your installation deleted, email the address above from the device in question and say so — see the privacy policy for what is collected. Privacy.
Reviews and store pages
Ratings genuinely help an independent app get found. If PulveCast saved you an application, a review on your store is the most useful thing you can do.
Languages
Support is answered in English and Portuguese. Messages in other languages are welcome and will be answered, translated.
